Couch to 5k Challenge!
Starting on the 29th May, Sarah Cooper will guide, support, motivate and drive you to achieve this target of running a 5k. No matter what your fitness level currently is, we will work as a team to help each other complete the challenge in the coming eight weeks.
Book in today, there will be a million reasons to talk yourself out of it, but just think of the sense of achievement you will feel when you complete this challenge. We’d love to see you as part of our team.
