With over 50 studio classes a week we have something for everyone’s taste. Group exercise is a great way to keep you motivated and achieve the results you desire. We have a wide range of styles, intensities and themes of classes to ensure you find something you love and can progress your training. All of our classes are included within your membership.
Our 25m pool is the largest in the area and has two dedicated areas for swimming. We offer lane swimming and a general area for those who wish to swim at a gentler pace. The general area is also where we hold our Aqua classes. As water is 12 times as dense as air, swimming is a very effective way of toning your muscles and offers a completely different option to training on land.
With both Tennis and Squash courts available as part of your membership, adding a game either socially or as part of the leagues is a great way to add a new dimension to your training.
We have complimentary group tennis sessions for all standards and abilities and our residents coaches will ensure that your play keeps improving each week.
