The perfect way to kickstart both your day and your training! Odyssey Personal Trainer, Michael Prentice, will guide you through a range of the very best exercises from Cardio, Resistance, Cross Fit and Core training to takes your results to a new level.


Regardless of your fitness level, everyone is welcome and all exercises can be adapted to suit your ability. We just want to see there, joining and getting fitter each week with a great instructor and friendly members who will support you throughout.
